We couldn’t complete this client’s request. How would you handle this situation?

When booking a private jet charter, clients sometimes have unique requests based on personal or religious traditions. This video demonstrates how the Amalfi Jets team handles such inquiries with professionalism while adhering to aviation regulations. The discussion centers on a request from a young client who wishes to consume wine on board to celebrate his Bar Mitzvah. The Amalfi Jets representative explains that despite the client's religious intent, aviation law mandates that passengers must be 21 years old to consume alcohol on board. The video highlights the importance of open communication and setting clear expectations during the charter process, ensuring the client feels supported and understood while maintaining strict compliance with safety and legal requirements.
