Founder & CEO
Kolin Jones has had aviation in his blood since Day 1, taking his first flight lesson at 13 years old and eventually getting his Private Pilot’s License at 18. Kolin furthered his aviation passion at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earning a Degree in Aeronautics with a Minor in Business Administration. Kolin is an avid private pilot and spends a good majority of his weekends flying various aircraft & helicopters.
Throughout his early adult years, Kolin founded and led various companies in the e-commerce space, influencer marketing, and import/export business. He has a passion for solving problems and growing businesses while building company culture.Kolin is also the President & CEO of the company’s non-profit, The Amalfi Foundation and attributes his giving back philosophy to being an Eagle Scout.

Co-Founder & COO
Throughout Calvin’s upbringing, he has always thought he would enter the financial sector. He made his maiden investments at age 12 and was always enthralled with securities and commodities as he grew up. Nearly a decade after his first taste of the markets, Calvin instead found himself in the business aviation industry through an introduction from his high school friend, Kolin Jones.
With his newfound passion for private aviation, Calvin has co-nurtured the firm since its inception in early 2020. When he is not at work, Calvin spends most of his time enjoying travel, fitness, and oenology.
Director of Flight Operations
Tyler Aparicio is the Director of Flight Operations at Amalfi Jets. Starting his time with Amalfi in 2021 as an Executive Account Manager, Tyler quickly found himself enjoying the operational side of business aviation and eventually transitioned into his role today.
Tyler has set the standard for all operational procedures and personally oversees each flight. With safety as his number one priority, Tyler vets every single one of our operators, aircraft and crew to ensure each flight meets our safety standards. Tyler holds a B.S in Business Management from California Lutheran University. When not in the office, Tyler spends his time with his family and friends, and enjoys trying new whiskeys and wines.
Flight Operations & Customer Success Associate
With a background rooted in luxury hospitality and private client services, Daniel brings a refined and service-first approach to every client interaction. His transition into private aviation was a natural fit, combining his passion for detail with a commitment to delivering world class experiences.
Daniel earned his degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University where he developed a strong foundation in hospitality skills, service excellence, communication, and organizational leadership, qualities that continue to shape his work today.
Based locally in Southern California, Daniel has quickly become a vital part of the Flight Operations team. He oversees day to day logistics, supports high touch client needs, and ensures each trip is executed with precision from wheels up to wheels down. Known for his calm under pressure and ability to anticipate client needs before they arise, Daniel plays a key role in upholding the company’s reputation for excellence and reliability.
Outside of aviation, Daniel is a passionate traveler, dedicated pickleball enthusiast, and enjoys spending quality time with his dog. Whether on the court or coordinating a multi leg itinerary, he brings energy, focus, and enthusiasm to everything he does.
Senior Backend Software Engineer
Daniel is a seasoned software engineer with over two decades of experience in web and backend development. Throughout his career, he has led technical teams, launched and scaled tech startups, and built custom software solutions to support operations and logistics for fast-growing companies.
Known for his problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, Daniel is passionate about designing and building robust, scalable software solutions that support real-world operations. He thrives in fast-paced environments where clean architecture, performance, and maintainability are critical.
At Amalfi Jets, Daniel is responsible for the company’s entire tech stack, including the mobile app API, backend systems for sales, bookings, and a custom-built flight operations software platform that powers day-to-day business operations. Outside of his work in software, Daniel enjoys being outdoors, trail running and is a passionate aviator who holds a private pilot license with an instrument rating.
President of Sales
Brian Francis is the President of Sales at Amalfi Jets. He started his career at an Orange County based operator named Jetsuite in 2009. He and the team turned Jetsuite from a no name operator to a powerhouse in the industry within only a few other years. After leaving Jetsuite, Brian wanted to explore the brokerage side of the business and ended up joining Amalfi Jets in January 2024. His first year at Amalfi has been incredibly rewarding seeing our numbers jump 4x from 2023. He’s a family man with two children and a wife and also enjoys playing golf as his #1 hobby.
Vice President of Sales
William McNear is sales and business development professional with a passion for aviation. He was born and raised in the New York City area and went on to study Marketing and Economics at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and now resides in Los Angeles. William has worked roles in enterprise software sales and M&A business development, but found his way to Amalfi Jets to combine a career in sales with a passion for aviation as a licensed skydiver and licensed paragliding pilot. William has traveled the world cross-country paragliding and enjoys every moment in flight whether it is in Southern California or South America.
Currently, William serves as the Vice President of Sales at Amalfi Jets where he has worked under the President of Sales, Brian Francis, to strategically drive revenue and contribute to a 4x revenue growth in 2024 from 2023. William continues to enthusiastically focus on providing the best service possible to our wonderful client base while also expanding Amalfi Jets’ One Jet Card, Enterprise, and On-Demand Charter programs!
Account Executive
With over six years of experience in the aviation industry, Anna has honed her expertise in both the European and American markets. Her journey through the financial and luxury sectors has shaped her into a dynamic professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and tackling new challenges with enthusiasm.Anna is always available for her clients, ensuring their needs are met with top-tier service. She understands that the key to long-term success is delivering a personalized experience that exceeds expectations, and that’s exactly what she does.
Known for her proactive approach, Anna excels at anticipating potential issues and offering creative solutions before they arise. Account Executive
Elijah Mendez is an Account Executive at Amalfi Jets, where he specializes in delivering tailored private aviation solutions to high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, and frequent flyers. He is dedicated to providing clients with cost-efficient travel options while upholding the highest standards of safety and service.
Originally from Bakersfield, California, Elijah has lived in several states across the U.S., including New Jersey and Texas, gaining a broad perspective that informs his client-first approach. He currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University with plans to pursue his master's in business.
Elijah began his career in sales as a personal trainer, where he built a successful independent business and client base while attending college. He has since expanded his expertise through formal sales development programs, experience at a private equity startup, and a variety of entrepreneurial ventures, equipping him with a strong foundation in relationship management and high-performance client service.
Account Executive
Dylan Flyer brings over five years of hands-on experience in the private jet industry, blending a unique background in film with a passion for aviation. A Los Angeles native, Dylan studied cinema at the University of Oregon before pivoting careers during the COVID-19 pandemic. He earned his pilot license training out of Santa Monica Airport, an experience that launched a new trajectory fueled by both curiosity and ambition.
Starting on the ground at Van Nuys Airport, Dylan gained firsthand knowledge of private jet operations, handling aircraft, coordinating services for owners, and learning the nuances of different jet types. He went on to work for a global operator, managing flights for a fleet of Falcon 900s and Falcon 50s across international markets.
As an experienced broker, Dylan combines industry insight with a personal touch, working with a diverse client base that includes corporate executives, entertainment professionals, and high-net-worth individuals, many of whom trace back to his early connections in the film world. With an eye for detail, a deep understanding of aircraft logistics, and a name that was seemingly destined for the skies, Dylan Flyer delivers bespoke charter solutions with expertise.

Katelyn specializes in providing personalized private aviation solutions with a focus on outstanding client service. With a strong background in relationship management and a deep understanding of client needs, Katelyn is dedicated to creating tailored, stress-free journeys from start to finish.
Reserve Member Growth & Strategy
Josh is a Member Growth Representative at Amalfi Jets, responsible for growing the Amalfi Reserve Membership and ensuring excellent customer service and experiences for our clients. He began his journey with Amalfi Jets as a marketing intern during college, which then transitioned into his current role. Josh holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from California Lutheran University and has a strong background in marketing and relationship management, he takes pride in delivering personalized experiences that reflect Amalfi Jets’ commitment to quality and service. Growing up on California’s Central Coast, he developed a passion for travel and a love for exploring diverse food and wine.
Social Media manager
Zoë Boismenu is a creative and results-driven marketing professional with expertise in digital, social, and influencer marketing. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, she earned a B.A. in Advertising and Sustainable Business from the University of Oregon. Before joining Amalfi Jets, Zoë honed her skills through multiple internships at startup companies, where she developed innovative marketing strategies, managed social media campaigns, and collaborated on branding initiatives. These experiences provided her with a strong understanding of agile environments and the ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced settings.
As a Social Media Manager at Amalfi Jets, Zoë works closely with cross-functional teams to execute creative and impactful campaigns that align with the company’s high standards and strategic objectives. She takes pride in collaborating with such a talented team and has been thrilled to contribute to the exponential growth of the company’s social media presence.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Lici Beltran is the Social Media Content Producer at Amalfi Jets. With over two years of professional experience in the digital space and a degree in Social Media Strategy and Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design, she brings both creative expertise and strategic insight to the role. Having grown up in a family passionate about aviation, she’s now merging that background with her love for content creation. Developing and producing engaging digital experiences that elevate Amalfi Jets’ presence across platforms. She’s passionate about growing the brand’s voice and reach in the social space, and is excited to continue pushing Amalfi Jets to new digital heights.
Marketing Associate
Tatum Tande is a Marketing Associate at Amalfi Jets, where she leads digital strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, and press outreach. She manages full-cycle marketing campaigns, maintains the company’s CRM infrastructure, and contributes to the social media roadmap. Tatum also drives website optimization and SEO initiatives to ensure brand consistency and performance across all digital channels.
Originally from the cold state of Minnesota, Tatum holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from the University of San Diego, where she graduated with department honors. Before joining Amalfi Jets, she built experience in the luxury and lifestyle sector at PQ Swim and Ashley Furniture, specializing in influencer marketing, paid media, and campaign execution.
With a passion for global business and travel, she studied abroad in Madrid and Sydney–experiences that deepened her appreciation for international markets and cross-cultural connection. At Amalfi Jets, Tatum brings a strategic mindset and meticulous execution to initiatives that elevate brand presence and deepen client engagement
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Margeaux Greene is a skilled Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior executives and managing complex daily operations. Specializing in calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative support, she ensures efficiency in every aspect of her work. Margeaux initially honed her expertise in New York City, collaborating with high-level executives across a variety of industries, before transitioning to the West Coast.
Now based on the West Coast, Margeaux continues to thrive in her role as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Amalfi Jets, Kolin Jones. Outside of work, Margeaux enjoys spending time by the ocean and exploring new coffee shops, finding balance between her career and her love for relaxation and discovery.
