Kolin Jones is an entrepreneur, pilot, and the Founder & CEO of Amalfi Jets, a leading private jet charter provider and technology company. Kolin is also an active innovator, public speaker, and influencer with over 4 million followers across all platforms, generating over 1 billion impressions each quarter.
Kolin found his love of aviation with his first flight lesson at 12 years old, then eventually getting his Private Pilot's License at 18, at Van Nuys Airport. He continued his love of aviation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics with a minor in Aviation Business Administration. Kolin serves on 2 boards at ERAU, the Industry Advisory Board to the College of Aviation and the College of Aviation Philanthropy Council.
Under Kolin's leadership, Amalfi Jets has grown to be one of the fastest growing companies in the space, with over 30 full-time employees, and pioneering aviation technology to streamline the booking process, flight operations management, and safety standards through Amalfi's AI program. With it's technology team, Amalfi is committed to building the future of charter optimization software and technology to put safety at the forefront of the industry. The company is headquartered in Calabasas, CA in its state of the art 10,000 square foot headquarters which is used as a creative studio and meeting place for clients.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Lici Beltran is the Social Media Content Producer at Amalfi Jets. With over three years of professional experience in the digital space and a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Social Media Strategy and Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design, she brings both creative expertise and strategic insight to the role.
Having grown up in a family passionate about aviation, she’s now merging that background with her love for content creation. Developing and producing engaging digital experiences that elevate Amalfi Jets’ presence across platforms. She’s passionate about growing the brand’s voice and reach in the social space, and is excited to continue pushing Amalfi Jets to new digital heights.
Zoë Boismenu is a creative and results-driven marketing professional with expertise in digital, social, and influencer marketing. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, she earned a B.A. in Advertising and Sustainable Business from the University of Oregon. Before joining Amalfi Jets, Zoë honed her skills through multiple internships at startup companies, where she developed innovative marketing strategies, managed social media campaigns, and collaborated on branding initiatives. These experiences provided her with a strong understanding of agile environments and the ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced settings.
As a Creative Director at Amalfi Jets, Zoë works closely with cross-functional teams to execute creative and impactful campaigns that align with the company’s high standards and strategic objectives. She takes pride in collaborating with such a talented team and has been thrilled to contribute to the exponential growth of the company’s social media presence.
Katelyn didn’t come into private aviation to just book flights. She came to make things happen when others
couldn’t. At Amalfi Jets, she’s the one clients call when they’re down to the wire: a last-minute trip, no
aircraft available, everyone else saying no. She figures it out anyway. She’s secured planes on fully booked
weekends, negotiated better rates on high-demand routes, and turned first-time flyers into loyal clients by
making their first experience effortless.
Her motto, “Led by heart and backed by hustle,” started back in her luxury real estate days. While finishing her
business degree at Long Beach State, she closed over $32 million in homes by outworking everyone else. She
balanced school, showings, and negotiations while learning how to win trust and deliver under pressure.
Today she brings that same drive to private aviation. From negotiating with operators to curating options and
overseeing trips start to finish, she handles every detail so clients don’t have to. They trust her because
she’s proven she’ll pick up the phone, find a way, and follow through.
When she’s not working, Katelyn is probably at the gym, practicing her golf swing, or planning her next
adventure, though she’s usually still checking her email just in case a client needs her.
With a background rooted in luxury hospitality and private client services, Daniel brings a refined and
service-first approach to every client interaction. His transition into private aviation was a natural fit,
combining his passion for detail with a commitment to delivering world class experiences.
Daniel earned his degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University where he developed a strong
foundation in hospitality skills, service excellence, communication, and organizational leadership, qualities
that continue to shape his work today.
Based locally in Southern California, Daniel has quickly become a vital part of the Flight Operations team. He
oversees day to day logistics, supports high touch client needs, and ensures each trip is executed with
precision from wheels up to wheels down. Known for his calm under pressure and ability to anticipate client
needs before they arise, Daniel plays a key role in upholding the company’s reputation for excellence and
reliability.
Outside of aviation, Daniel is a passionate traveler, dedicated pickleball enthusiast, and enjoys spending
quality time with his dog. Whether on the court or coordinating a multi leg itinerary, he brings energy, focus,
and enthusiasm to everything he does.
Dylan Flyer has over five years of experience in private aviation, with a background that mixes film and flying.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, he studied cinema at the University of Oregon before switching careers during
the pandemic. He got his pilot license training out of Santa Monica Airport, which sparked a new direction in
aviation.
He started on the ramp at Van Nuys Airport, where he learned the ins and outs of private jet operations, from
handling aircraft to supporting owners and crews. He later joined a global operator and helped manage
international flights for Falcon 900s and Falcon 50s.
As a broker, Dylan brings together industry knowledge and a personal approach. He works with a wide range of
clients, including executives, entertainers, and high-net-worth travelers, many of whom come through his early
connections in the film industry. With a sharp eye for logistics and a natural fit for the skies, Dylan builds
custom charter solutions that make the process smooth from start to finish.
With over six years of experience in the aviation industry, Anna has honed her expertise in both the European
and American markets. Her journey through the financial and luxury sectors has shaped her into a dynamic
professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and tackling new challenges with enthusiasm.
Anna is always available for her clients, ensuring their needs are met with top-tier service. She understands
that the key to long-term success is delivering a personalized experience that exceeds expectations, and that’s
exactly what she does.
Known for her proactive approach, Anna excels at anticipating potential issues and offering creative solutions
before they arise. Her dedication to going the extra mile has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor, one
her clients can count on time and time again. With Anna in your corner, you’re always in great hands.
Brian Francis is the President of Sales at Amalfi Jets. Growing up in a family where sales was at the core of
everyone's profession, he developed a passion from an early age. After college, he jumped into the advertising
world and helped put together the first branded Influencer campaign in Youtube history. Looking for a change as
he wanted to start developing relationships at the retail level vs corporate level, aviation was a natural next
step in his sales career. His first job in aviation was with an Orange County based operator named Jetsuite in
2009. He and the team turned Jetsuite from a no name operator to a powerhouse in the industry within only a few
years of operations.
After leaving Jetsuite, Brian wanted to explore the brokerage side of the business and ended up joining Amalfi
Jets in January 2024. His first year at Amalfi has been incredibly rewarding seeing our numbers jump 4x from
2023 and on pace for another 4x from 2024. He’s a family man with two children and a wife and also enjoys
playing golf as his #1 hobby.
Margeaux Greene is an accomplished Chief of Staff with a proven ability to support senior leadership and drive operational excellence. She specializes in strategic planning, executive operations, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the organization.
Margeaux built her foundation working closely with high-level executives across multiple industries before transitioning to the West Coast. She now serves as Chief of Staff to Amalfi Jets.
Harrison Hall is an Account Executive with over five years of experience in the aviation industry. He studied Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Aviation Management at Liberty University, building a strong foundation in both the technical and operational sides of aviation.
Harrison specializes in cultivating personal client relationships and delivering exceptional service before, during, and after every flight. His client-first approach ensures each trip is seamless, efficient, and tailored to the unique needs of those he serves.
Aviation has been a lifelong passion for Harrison. His father spent 40 years as a pilot, introducing him to the industry at an early age and inspiring a deep appreciation for flight that continues to drive his career today.
A former collegiate golfer at Embry-Riddle, Harrison values the importance of discipline, strategy, and relationship-building—both on and off the course. He brings those same principles into his professional life, focusing on trust, communication, and long-term partnerships.
Josh is a Member Growth Representative at Amalfi Jets, responsible for growing the Amalfi Reserve Membership and
ensuring excellent customer service and experiences for our clients. He began his journey with Amalfi Jets as a
marketing intern during college, which then transitioned into his current role.
Josh holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from California Lutheran University and has a strong background in
marketing and relationship management, he takes pride in delivering personalized experiences that reflect Amalfi
Jets’ commitment to quality and service. Growing up on California’s Central Coast, he developed a passion for
travel and a love for exploring diverse food and wine.
As a Flight Operations and Customer Success Associate at Amalfi Jets, Jaden plays a vital role in ensuring each
flight is executed seamlessly while delivering a first-class client experience. She works closely with internal
teams, crew members, and vendors to manage trip logistics, confirm key details, and provide real-time support
throughout the journey. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Jaden brings strong communication skills, a sharp
eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the client journey. Her focus on efficiency, service, and brand
integrity helps uphold Amalfi Jets' standard of excellence.
In addition to her operational role, Jaden is known for her creative mindset and love for building genuine
connections. Whether she's curating a playlist, discovering new food spots, or chasing sunsets at the beach, she
brings positive energy and warmth to every interaction. Jaden shows up with heart, a strong sense of purpose,
and usually a laugh or two.
William is a Software Engineer at Amalfi Jets, where he builds and maintains the systems that power the
company's operations. His work spans React and Laravel development, database architecture, and AI systems
integration—ensuring the technology behind Amalfi runs smoothly and scales with the company's rapid growth. With
a knack for automation and problem-solving, William has developed workflows and tools that streamline everything
from internal processes to client-facing features.
Before joining Amalfi Jets, William built his technical expertise across full-stack development and financial systems, including database architecture for accounting services. This combination of software engineering and financial operations experience gives him a unique perspective on building reliable, data-driven solutions that support real business needs.
Outside of work, William is an active music producer exploring licensing opportunities for TV and film placement.
William McNear is a sales and business development professional with a passion for aviation. He was born and
raised in the New York City area and went on to study Marketing and Economics at the University of Denver -
Daniels College of Business and now resides in Los Angeles. William has worked roles in enterprise software
sales and M&A business development, but found his way to Amalfi Jets to combine a career in sales with a passion
for aviation as a licensed skydiver and licensed paragliding pilot. William has traveled the world cross-country
paragliding and enjoys every moment in flight whether it is in Southern California or South America.
Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Sales at Amalfi Jets where he has worked under the President of
Sales, Brian Francis, to strategically drive revenue and contribute to a 4x revenue growth in 2024 from 2023.
William continues to enthusiastically focus on providing the best service possible to our wonderful client base
while also expanding Amalfi Jets’ One Jet Card, Enterprise, and On-Demand Charter programs!
Elijah brings over 5+ years of sales experience to the private aviation industry. He began his career in sales
as a high-end personal trainer, where he built a successful independent business and client base in Santa Monica
while attending college. He has since expanded his expertise through formal sales development programs at
Fortune 500 companies, gaining experience at a private equity startup, and a variety of entrepreneurial
ventures. This experience has equipped him with a strong foundation in relationship management, negotiation, and
exceptional customer service.
Originally from Bakersfield, California, Elijah has lived in several states across the U.S., including New
Jersey and Texas, gaining a broad perspective that informs his client-first approach. Currently, he holds a
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University with plans to pursue his MBA.
Within his time at Amalfi Jets, Elijah has helped delivered tailored private aviation solutions to a variety of
HNWI, corporate executives, race car drivers, and business owners. Some of the destinations he’s helped
facilitate travel plans to include: London, Morocco, Geneva, St. Barth’s, Florence, and many more. Clients know
him best for finding the most competitive pricing, lightning fast responses, attention to detail, and providing
transparency across the board.
Outside of work, Elijah enjoys DJ’ing/ Music Production, weightlifting, listening to podcasts, and traveling.
Daniel is a seasoned software engineer with over two decades of experience in web and backend development.
Throughout his career, he has led technical teams, launched and scaled tech startups, and built custom software
solutions to support operations and logistics for fast-growing companies.
Known for his problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, Daniel is passionate about designing and building
robust, scalable software solutions that support real-world operations. He thrives in fast-paced environments
where clean architecture, performance, and maintainability are critical.
At Amalfi Jets, Daniel is responsible for the company’s entire tech stack, including the mobile app API, backend
systems for sales, bookings, and a custom-built flight operations software platform that powers day-to-day
business operations.
Outside of his work in software, Daniel enjoys being outdoors, trail running and is a passionate aviator who
holds a private pilot license with an instrument rating.
Raised in the Central Coast with a passion for precision, Holly-Ried Sheppard brings a sophisticated analytical lens to the Amalfi Jets Operations Team. A graduate of California State University Channel Islands in Environmental Science & Resource Management, Holly-Ried Sheppard translates a rigorous background in geography into seamless global logistics.
By applying spatial intelligence and resource management principles to the world of private aviation, she ensure that every mission is executed with unmatched efficiency. For Holly-Ried Sheppard, luxury travel is a science—where complex coordination meets the art of the perfect journey.
Born and raised in Encinitas, California, Sophia grew up in an Air Force and airline family that fueled her
lifelong passion for travel and aviation. With a B.A. in Film and Digital Media from the University of
California, Santa Cruz, she brings a deep understanding of audience behavior and storytelling—skills that
inspire her to create meaningful, memorable experiences for every client.
As a Customer Experience & Success Associate at Amalfi Jets, Sophia works closely with the Sales and Flight
Operations teams, she crafts seamless travel experiences and lasting relationships, embodying Amalfi Jets’
signature standard of personalized service.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find her at the beach, snowboarding in the mountains, trying new food spots, or
planning her next adventure.
Tatum Tande is a Marketing Associate at Amalfi Jets, where she supports digital growth across CRM, email, SMS, and push notifications, as well as full-cycle campaign execution. She contributes to website optimization, public relations initiatives, and social media video ideation—bringing strategy and storytelling together to ensure every touchpoint reflects the Amalfi standard: seamless, elevated, and intentional.
Originally from Minnesota, Tatum fell in love with California while earning her B.B.A. in Marketing and International Business at the University of San Diego. Her time studying abroad in Madrid and Sydney deepened her love of travel and sparked a lasting curiosity about how people connect across cultures. That global perspective continues to shape the way she approaches marketing, as a powerful tool to understand people, build authentic connections, and influence how brands are experienced and remembered.
Outside of work, she’s most often by the ocean, discovering her next favorite coffee shop, planning her next getaway, or wake surfing back home on the lake.
Raphael Valor is an Account Executive at Amalfi Jets, where he helps clients turn complex travel needs into smooth, reliable private aviation solutions. Whether that means securing the right aircraft on short notice, building repeatable travel plans, or advising on the best fit between on-demand charter and membership options.
Raised in the Venezuelan Amazon and the Caribbean, Raphael grew up around aviation, often flying in Cessnas an early foundation that shaped his “pilot mindset” approach to service: stay calm, think ahead, and execute the details. He studied Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a finance focus, and built his career across aircraft market research, jet acquisitions and brokerage, bringing a data-driven perspective to every client relationship.
Outside of work, Raphael enjoys triathlon training, golf and tennis, traveling and reading.
