The Amalfi One Jet Card, Amalfi Reserve Membership, and our On-Demand Charter Flight Program are programs of Amalfi Jets Inc, an “Air Charter Broker” under DOT regulations. Amalfi Jets acts as authorized agent for the Cardholder, or Charterer which is the “Charterer” under DOT regulations, to contract for transportation services with FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers or the Foreign Equivalent that operate and exercise full operational control over those flights at all times.  Amalfi Jets does not own or operate any aircraft.
