A client was flying into Los Angeles for an important meeting to complete the sale of a company. Heavy event traffic made the drive between Van Nuys Airport and downtown risky for the schedule, so the team arranged a helicopter transfer to an approved rooftop helipad.
The client landed downtown, signed the paperwork, returned to the rooftop, flew back to Van Nuys, and boarded the jet home. The transfer helped the traveler avoid a potentially hours-long ground delay.
