This video shows the process of booking a private jet charter with Amalfi Jets, specifically for a trip to Coachella. The client, Trevor Wallace, reaches out to discuss his travel requirements, which include a round-trip for eight people.
Amalfi Jets recommends a midsize jet for this trip, noting that it is a comfortable option for a group of this size. Specifically, they suggest a Hawker 800XP for the flight, providing a quoted price of $18,000 for the round-trip. Following the recommendation, the Amalfi Jets team sends a booking link to the client and initiates the process of gathering the necessary passenger information, including full legal names and dates of birth, to ensure a smooth and compliant charter experience.
