Amalfi Jets works with families to orchestrate complex surprise trips, coordinating everything from private aircraft to logistics on the ground. In this example, the team assisted a group of children planning a 20th wedding anniversary surprise for their parents.
The project involved chartering a round-trip private flight from North Carolina to the Bahamas. The children, seeking to keep the plan a complete secret, arranged for their parents to receive a fake itinerary that displayed only the initial phase of the journey. The logistical coordination included securing the private jet for the travel, as well as managing the separate expenses for the luxury villas, accommodations, and planned excursions for the trip. The planning process prioritized keeping the parents unaware of the full itinerary until the children arrived at the fixed-base operator to surprise them before takeoff.
