- The Creative Suite is equipped with a wall-mounted television and wood paneling, featuring a Poltrona Frau couch.
- A dedicated Conference Room seats 12-15 people, with a Poltrona Frau leather conference table that has built-in power outlets.
- The office layout includes a custom-designed door for the common space, a dedicated area for the marketing team, and a specialized tech room with a full TV wall for technical meetings.
- An executive wing houses individual offices, including a designated editing room.
- A closed kitchen is being installed to provide a contained zone for staff to prepare and enjoy meals.
- The executive wing offers panoramic views looking directly into Hidden Hills and over the Calabasas valley, with a vantage point that allows for viewing the approach path of airplanes landing on runway 15 at Burbank Airport.
