In one such scenario, a flight departing from Oklahoma for Cabo was delayed because the attendant was stuck in traffic. Rather than cancelling the trip or leaving the client without support, the team explored creative ways to productively occupy that time.
To turn the delay into an enhancement of the travel experience, the team decided to arrange a live Mariachi band performance for the passengers. This solution serves two purposes: it effectively buys the time needed for the flight attendant to arrive at the aircraft, and it adds an unexpected, celebratory element to the client's journey to Mexico.
