This video illustrates the careful screening process Amalfi Jets employs to protect its clientele. When a regular client, Seth, requests an urgent charter to the Philippines based on a budding romantic connection, the Amalfi representative takes the time to verify the situation. Recognizing the potential for a scam, the team member reaches out to the phone number Seth provides, only to discover the person on the other end is impersonating the supposed love interest. By taking this proactive step, the team is able to prevent a client from flying into a potentially unsafe situation and provides them with crucial information about the request.
