A client calls Amalfi Jets to inquire about the logistics of chartering a private jet for her pet cow, specifically a Highland breed. She describes the animal as a baby, comparable in size to a toddler, and explains that it provides emotional support. The discussion touches upon the complexities of chartering for unique passengers, including considerations for size, weight, and the necessary approvals for a flight from Raleigh to Austin. The video details a price quote of $27,500 for a mid-size aircraft and acknowledges that larger animals may require a heavy jet, such as a Gulfstream G5, with a quoted cost of $57,000 for that charter. The team emphasizes the need for thorough planning for all unconventional requests.
