When a client in Barcelona contacts Amalfi Jets after a negative experience at a commercial airport, the team moves to arrange a private charter flight to Ibiza that same day. The client notes that her initial plan to fly commercial was marked by anxiety and frustrating baggage size requirements, leading her to seek an alternative just three hours before departure.
After finalizing the charter logistics, the conversation shifts to the ground transportation. Amalfi Jets confirms that they will arrange for a Mercedes S-Class to pick the client up from the commercial terminal to transport her to the FBO. The coordination concludes with the booking of a light jet, the Citation CJ3, to ensure the client arrives in Ibiza that evening.
