Client calls in to confess to something to Kolin.

A young client, Lucy, calls Kolin to discuss a pressing concern. Having touched an Elf on the Shelf, she fears being placed on the naughty list. To plead her case to Santa, she proposes chartering a private flight to the North Pole. Kolin handles the inquiry with professional poise, reassuring Lucy that Santa is understanding. He confirms that the logistics of the flight to the North Pole will be managed and covered, allowing her the opportunity to speak with Santa directly.
