The process is straightforward: if you have a pending flight with another provider and decide to cancel, Amalfi Jets will assist by covering those cancellation costs up to the $2,500 limit when you book your replacement flight with them. This is intended to ensure that passengers do not feel penalized for wanting to change their travel plans or choose a different service provider.
