Amalfi Jets does not own or operate this aircraft.

Amalfi Jets is an air charter broker under U.S. Department of Transportation rules (14 CFR Part 295), not a direct air carrier. We arrange charter flights on behalf of our clients with independent air carriers certificated by the FAA under Part 135, or by the equivalent foreign authority, and that operator holds operational control of every flight. C-FKBC is owned and operated by a third party, not by Amalfi Jets. It is listed as an example of an aircraft that may be available for charter through our network, subject to the operator's availability and approval. The operator of your flight is identified to you in writing before you book.
