Through The Amalfi Jets Charitable Foundation, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are gearing up to host a celebratory gala for the students of our Student Leadership Accelerator Program (SLA). Through the Charitable Foundation, Amalfi Jets has furthered its commitment to sustainability and giving back through its charity, which is the only of its kind in the industry. Our SLA Program is a philanthropic, youth leadership program for high school students interested in developing their professional skills while making a tangible impact on their community. Students undergo a 10-week self-led training curriculum on topics covering personal development, business skills, and personal leadership skills and they can put these skills into practice during a 6-week fundraising competition in support of the Foundation’s missions.
The first of our Foundation’s missions is the Local Community Development Initiative (LCDI), which targets low-income individuals and provides six months of rent payments and six months of all other living expenses. The latter, the Africa Initiative, plans to fund the building and establishment of a primary school for over 150 children of the Massai tribe in Tanzania, Africa, who face educational hurdles.

The efforts of the Amalfi Jets Charitable Foundation, led by our President of CSR, Anna Sarnoff, are helping us reach these goals. The enthusiasm of our students has been both rewarding and inspiring and we are thrilled to be putting on this event in celebration of them and their achievements, while continually highlighting the bigger issues at hand.”
The glamorous gala is the culmination of months of hard work and celebrates everything that has been achieved. We are so proud of our students and the work they have done, as well as the incredible $200,00 USD they have raised in support of these noble efforts. We cannot wait to see what they all go on to do next and are even more excited to get our initatives underway and continue to make an impact in improving the lives of others.
