When a client realizes they have left a valuable item on a private jet after landing, the Amalfi Jets team manages the recovery process. In one recent case, a client contacted the team after realizing her 18-carat diamond bracelet, valued between three and four hundred thousand dollars, was missing following a flight. Because the aircraft had already departed for its next scheduled trip to the Cayman Islands, the team coordinated directly with the pilots and flight attendants who were currently stationed in Atlanta.
The team used FaceTime to guide the crew through a search of the aircraft. By identifying the exact seating location, the flight attendants successfully located the bracelet, which had slipped behind the seat cushion. An Amalfi Jets representative flew commercially to Atlanta to retrieve the item and then hand-delivered it to the client in Palm Beach later that same night.
